Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due upfront to place order. Order is conditional on Arrow Machinery's acceptance. You will get a confirmation of order acceptance.
- Arrow Machinery will not perform and is not licensed to perform plumbing, venting, and electrical work. If installation services are opted for it only includes setting the machine and hooking it up to existing utilities that are in working condition.
- Pricing is "freight on board factory".
- Orders are not subject to cancellation unless agreed upon by Arrow Machinery Co. in writing. Orders cancelled will be subject to a 33% cancellation charge for standard equipment. Special order equipment cannot be cancelled.
- Arrow Machinery Co. will not be liable under any circumstances for consequential, incidental, indirect, or remote damages relating, in any way, to Goods quoted.
- Shipping dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
- In no event shall Arrow Machinery Co. be liable for non-performance or delay in performance of orders or in shipment of Good or for any damages suffered by Customer as a result thereof, when such nonperformance or delay is directly or indirectly caused by, or in any manner arises from fires, floods, earthquakes, other acts of God, accidents, riots, war, strikes, other labor difficulties, operation of law, government regulations or requirements, fuels, transport or materials shortage, or any other cause or causes beyond Arrow Machinery Co.'s control, whether or not they are similar in nature to any of those specified above.
- Warranty: Arrow Machinery Co. offers a ninety day limited labor warranty on the Goods being offered. The labor covered in this warranty is the labor required to replace parts covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty also covers any work performed by Arrow Machinery Co. personnel during the installation and start up of the Goods. Basic machine operations such as cleaning, preventive maintenance, and programming are not covered under this warranty. The Simple Clean USA provides your machine and/or parts warranty. Confirm your ZIP is in Arrow's install territory — today that's Oklahoma, Arkansas, the Dallas-Fort Worth metro & the Texas Panhandle (Amarillo) — and the quote prices out the rest: freight (a flat $450 per machine, lift-gate delivery), Arrow's professional install ($1,960 per install unit, one unit covers up to 8 machines) if you want it, and sales tax for your install address. Every line is itemized before you decide anything.
How it's priced
Nothing here is an estimate typed up after a phone call. The equipment price comes straight from the same 13-SKU catalog published on every product page; freight and install are the same flat rates for every quote; sales tax is calculated for your ZIP directly through Stripe. The total the tool shows is the total Arrow honors.
What happens after you submit
Packages under $20,000 can be paid online — by ACH bank transfer with no fee, or by card with a 3% surcharge — right from the finished quote. Larger packages can be sent straight to Eastern Funding for laundromat equipment financing, or downloaded as a PDF to review, forward, or bring to your own lender. Either way, your quote saves to a private link so you can come back and pick up exactly where you left off, on any device.
Delivery and install territory
Arrow's own crew delivers and installs across Oklahoma, Arkansas, the Dallas-Fort Worth metro & the Texas Panhandle (Amarillo). If your ZIP isn't in that territory yet, the tool tells you plainly and puts you on the list to hear the moment Arrow reaches your area — it won't let a purchase go through for delivery Arrow can't actually make.
