Delivery
The washers and dryers will be delivered to your site by lift-gate truck service. Estimated at twelve days or less from when order is placed.

Haul-away (optional)
Arrow installation — scope of work
Scope of work: meet the truck, unload, uncrate new equipment, set new equipment, hook to existing utilities, start up washers and dryers. If needed existing washers and dryers will be hauled away.
Outside of the scope: grinding or cutting existing equipment loose, metal base removal, changing arrangement of store, credit card system configurations, any electrical, plumbing, or venting work.
Customer will need to provide trash dumpster for new equipment packaging.

Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due upfront to place order. Order is conditional on Arrow Machinery's acceptance. You will get a confirmation of order acceptance.
- Arrow Machinery will not perform and is not licensed to perform plumbing, venting, and electrical work. If installation services are opted for it only includes setting the machine and hooking it up to existing utilities that are in working condition.
- Pricing is "freight on board factory".
- Orders are not subject to cancellation unless agreed upon by Arrow Machinery Co. in writing. Orders cancelled will be subject to a 33% cancellation charge for standard equipment. Special order equipment cannot be cancelled.
- Arrow Machinery Co. will not be liable under any circumstances for consequential, incidental, indirect, or remote damages relating, in any way, to Goods quoted.
- Shipping dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
- In no event shall Arrow Machinery Co. be liable for non-performance or delay in performance of orders or in shipment of Good or for any damages suffered by Customer as a result thereof, when such nonperformance or delay is directly or indirectly caused by, or in any manner arises from fires, floods, earthquakes, other acts of God, accidents, riots, war, strikes, other labor difficulties, operation of law, government regulations or requirements, fuels, transport or materials shortage, or any other cause or causes beyond Arrow Machinery Co.'s control, whether or not they are similar in nature to any of those specified above.
- Warranty: Arrow Machinery Co. offers a ninety day limited labor warranty on the Goods being offered. The labor covered in this warranty is the labor required to replace parts covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty also covers any work performed by Arrow Machinery Co. personnel during the installation and start up of the Goods. Basic machine operations such as cleaning, preventive maintenance, and programming are not covered under this warranty. The Simple Clean USA provides your machine and/or parts warranty.
